Découverte du Haut Val de Bagne et du Val d'Entremont. Deux nuits innoubliables en refuges de montagne / Come and recharge your batteries in the mountains. Four days of snowshoeing in the magnificent landscapes of Valais. No better way to escape the Covid and the lockdown, and to eliminate the excesses of the end of the year holidays! Discover the Haut Val de Bagne and the Val d'Entremont and spend two unforgettable nights in mountain huts.

Détails / Details:

Jour 1 / Day 1: RDV en début de matinée au Châble. Trajet jusqu'au point de départ de notre randonnée. Montée à la cabane de Brunet. Piquenique et randonnée face aux Combin sur les pentes du Mt Rogneux. Repas et nuit à la cabane Brunet (gardée) / Meet in the morning at Le Chable. Drive to the starting point of our hike and snowshoeing to the Brunet's mountain hut. Picnic and hike on the slopes of Mt Rogneux facing the Combins. Night at the Brunet's mountain hut (guarded).

Jour 2 / Day 2: Après le petit déjeuner, redescente jusqu'au Châble et transfert jusqu'au Val d'entremont. Balade en raquette sur la Crête de Vella et la Combe de l'A. Nuit en hotel à Orsières / After breakfast, descend to Châble and transfer to Val d'Entremont. Snowshoeing on the Crête de Vella and the Combe de l'A. Night in hotel in Orsières.

Jour 3 / Day 3:  Le matin transfert jusqu'au Borgeaud et montée à la cabane de la Bovinette. Instalation et découverte en raquette autour de la cabane. Repas et nuit à la cabane de la Bovinette (non gardée) / In the morning transfer to Borgeaud and snowshoeing up to the Bovinette mountain hut. Snowshoeing and discovery around the hut. Dinner and night at the Bovinette mountain hut (unguarded).

Jour 4 / Day 4: Randonnée en raquette sur la Bovine et vers la Pointe Ronde. Rangement et nétoyage de la cabane avant de redescendre dans la vallée / Snowshoeing on the Bovine and towards Pointe Ronde. Packing and cleaning the hut before going back down to the valley.

Transport: En train ou voiture jusqu'au Chables, puis co-voiturage pour les transferts locaux. Co-voiturage possible depuis Genève (RDV à définir) / By train or car to Le Chable, then car-sharing for the various local transfers. Car-sharing possible from Geneva (meeting point to be decided).

Difficultés / Difficulty: R3 - Dénivelé positif 600-700m par jour / Positive ascent 600-700m per day.

Pour bons randonneurs.euses; expèrience en raquettes requise / For fit hikers. Previous snowshoeing experience needed.

Prix / Price: CHF520 ou €480.

Le prix inclus / Price includes: 2 jours de randonnée en raquette avec un accompagnateur en montagne certifié; nuit à l'hospice du Grand St Bernard en demi-pension / two days snowshoeing with certified International Mountain Leader; overnight in a mountain hut half board.

Le prix n'inclus pas / Price does not include: piquenique; dépenses personnelles; location de matériel (possibilités de louer des raquettes + batons pour CHF20) / picnics; personnal expenses (drinks...); snowshoeing equipment (possibility to rent snowshoes and walking sticks for an additional 20CHF).
