Swiss and French Prealps
Within a short distance of Geneva and its lake, lay the Prealps.

This vast area goes from Vaud and Fribourg Cantons, Gruyere and Pays d'en Haut in Switzerland, to the Aravis and Bornes mountain range and Pays du Mont Blanc in France, through the Chablais and Haut Giffre in between the two countries.

Thousands of kilometers of trails run through the mountains of this region rich in contrasts, from the vineyards on the hillsides, to alpine meadows, from the lakeside, to limestone lapiaz areas.
For a few hours to several days the Prealps offer amazing hiking opportunities for all levels and preferences!

Treks& Hautes Routes
